STONE VILLA, QUIET LOCATION, AND AN EASY STROLL TO THE STOUPA BEACHES BELOW

Villa Lefktron lies in its own 950 sq. m of landscaped grounds enclosed by a stone wall. It is oriented to take advantage of the magnificent Tayegetos mountains, the olive groves, the bay of Stoupa, and the refreshing breezes from the sea. The villa has two stories. The ground floor has a large living area with a cathedral ceiling and stairs leading up to a mezzanine. Leading off from the mezzanine are two bedrooms, each with its own balcony. The first has a beautiful view of the mountains, and the other overlooks the olive groves and the sea. A pair of large French doors connect the living area to a spacious patio with stunning views of Stoupa Bay. There is a wood burning stove with glass doors to enjoy a fire on off season nights. Separated from the living room by a semi-open archway, is the fully equipped kitchen. A patio leading off from the kitchen is ideal for alfresco dining. There is a full sized bathroom on the ground floor and another bathroom on the first floor.

Villa Lefktron was custom designed and built combining the traditional Mani style (stone, tiles, and wood) with an interior that offers the best quality of workmanship. It is tastefully furnished and gives one the feeling of home. The walls are of 50cm double faced stone. In the living room, they have been left natural so as to capture the warm tones of the stone as the sun sets in the late afternoon. A very special feature of this house its high cathedral ceiling (18ft.). It lends a feeling of openness to the whole house, as well as providing good air circulation on hot summer days. The garden area contains mature olive trees as well as various fruit trees (fig, lemon, grapefruit, pomegranate, bananas, etc.) Inside the gate area, there is ample space for parking.

SPECIAL NOTE: For sailors, a sun fish sail boat is available for use.
