Apothiki is a beautifully renovated, completely independent apartment situated on the ground level of Villa Sofia in a 2000 sq. m garden. It is ideal for a couple, or a family with 2 small children. It has a comfortable bedroom with a king size bed that can become separate twin beds. The living room area includes an open plan kitchen with granite counters and a bar space for eating inside. The sofa in the living room can be made into two separate beds. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes both a dishwasher and a microwave. There is also a storage room with washing machine and a spacious, modern bathroom. There, the custom made plexiglass shower helps to create a light, open feeling.

Apothiki faces towards the west and opens onto a large garden that has various trees such as fig, orange, lemon, tangerine, apricot, bananas, and mulberry. There is a covered veranda towards this side offering opportunities for alfresco dining. Towards the south, there is a small patio which is a good spot for relaxing in the sun. Apothiki is less than 100m from the beautiful, sandy, main beach of Stoupa. Although it lies in the heart of the village, it is very private and quiet. It is built with 50cm thick stone walls which help to make it cool in summer and warm in winter. All windows and doors are double glazed. The windows are also equipped with screens. For larger groups of families or friends, it can be rented in conjunction with the Bungalow, which is only 20m away. Also, it is very well suited for off season vacations and/or over wintering.

For sailors, a sun fish sail boat is available for use.
